DeoTech is the flagship technical fest of Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies, created to provide students with an inclusive platform where they can explore, innovate, and enjoy the world of technology. The Vision Behind DeoTech
Purpose-Driven: DeoTech was born out of a need for a student-centered space where technology meets creativity and curiosity. It aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, preparing students for real-world challenges.

Brand Identity and Logo
Naming Inspiration: The name “DeoTech” is a fusion of “Deo” from Deogiri, the college’s name, and “tech,” symbolizing a space dedicated to technical exploration and discovery.
Logo Concept: We created a monogram logo that combines the letters “D” and “T,” emphasizing simplicity and modernity. The logo captures the essence of the event — bold, impactful, and forward-thinking.
Color Palette: The colors were carefully selected to give DeoTech a premium feel, combining vibrancy with professionalism to appeal directly to the youth demographic.
Typography: Space Grotesk, Darker Grotesk, and Satoshi fonts were chosen for their versatility and readability, with a distinct look that enhances the fest’s modern, premium identity.
Visual and Communication Design
Bold and Premium Feel: From posters to banners, the design approach for DeoTech was crafted to stand out and captivate. The aesthetics are striking yet professional, tailored to resonate with tech-savvy students.
Unified Communication: We prioritized clarity in communication. All promotional materials include an AI-generated QR code, allowing students to scan and access comprehensive event information instantly, from schedules to registration links.
Standout Tagline: “A Flagship Technical Fest” is prominently displayed to reinforce DeoTech’s premier status on campus, building anticipation and setting expectations.
Merchandise: Stickers and BadgesSense of Belonging: Stickers and badges were thoughtfully designed to instill pride among students. By wearing these, students could visually showcase their participation and celebrate their role as future engineers.
Visual Appeal: The merchandise is not only functional but also eye-catching, creating a collectible series that reinforces the event’s brand identity.
Website A sleek, minimalistic website was developed and launched in just four hours. This dark-themed site captures the essence of DeoTech, offering a seamless experience for visitors. It provides quick access to event details, and its structure is optimized for easy updates, making it ready for future DeoTech events.
Instagram Grid and In-Shop Frames
Engaging Social Media: An Instagram grid was crafted to maintain consistency and excitement, giving followers a dynamic glimpse of upcoming activities and the fest’s overall vibe.
Physical Presence: The same visual elements from the Instagram grid were used in frames within the venue, creating a cohesive on-ground experience that mirrors the online brand.
A Proud Milestone with Aura Digital Aura Digital, a creative agency I founded, had the privilege of sponsoring DeoTech. This collaboration is a deeply meaningful achievement, fulfilling a dream of supporting an event that aligns closely with our ethos of innovation and community impact.
